How we work

You work with the engineers

There is no account manager and no delivery pod. The person who scopes the work writes it, and answers when it breaks. That is not a service promise — it is arithmetic: there are two of us.

Scope is agreed before delivery starts

Scope, responsibilities, and the commercial model are settled before work begins. We will not quote a duration from a brochure; the honest number comes out of discovery.

We say no to work we would do badly

A narrow practice only works if the boundary is real. If a programme needs a larger delivery team than we are, or sits outside what we know, we say so early rather than learning it at your expense.

We publish what we can evidence

Every material claim on this site is tracked in a registry with its evidence and status. Anything unproven either renders with an explicit qualification or does not render at all.
