A Synairo product · Live at docsolved.ai

DocSolved.ai - extraction you can check before it posts.

Document extraction for automation workflows: structured fields with source checks and confidence, Ready vs Review required routing, and delivery by API, webhook, or export. Pricing and policies live on docsolved.ai.

Generic OCR gives you text. This gives you something auditable.

If an extracted number ends up on a financial record, somebody is accountable for it. DocSolved is built around scores, source context, and explicit Review required routing rather than a single document-level guess.

The table shows the shape of the output. It is an illustration built from an invented document, not a screenshot and not a benchmark. We do not publish a headline accuracy figure on synairo.com because the product site owns current capability statements.

The last row is the point. paymentTerms scored below the review threshold, so it is flagged for a person instead of being written silently - and the source column means checking it takes one click, not a document hunt.

Illustration of the output structure - field, value, confidence, and source coordinates - using an invented document. Not a screenshot, not a benchmark, and not an accuracy claim.

How we describe it from Synairo

01
Verification before posting
Extracted values carry confidence and source context so a reviewer can confirm a number without reopening the original file hunt. Uncertain cases stay in Review required instead of flowing downstream silently.
02
Structured e-invoices are not OCR problems
Factur-X, ZUGFeRD, KSeF FA(3), and UBL 2.1 carry data as XML. DocSolved reads XML directly for those formats rather than treating the rendered page as the source of truth.
03
Automation stays in your stack
DocSolved focuses on intake, extraction, and structured output. ERP posting, Salesforce workflows, and approval logic remain in the systems you already operate, connected by API or webhook.
04
Product truth lives on docsolved.ai

Not the same product as Scanforce

DocSolved.ai is a standalone application for extraction and structured output. Scanforce runs inside your Salesforce org and files extraction results onto Salesforce records. They are separate products and share no claims.

Both come out of the same practice: document intelligence.
